RIPPLE EFFECTS INTERACTIVE CREATES DYNAMIC NEW WEB SITE FOR SUN CRUMBS, A PITTSBURGH INTERDISCIPLINARY ARTS ORGANIZATION

PITTSBURGH (January 23, 2002) Sun Crumbs, a Pittsburgh-based interdisciplinary arts organization, has announced the launch of its newly-redesigned Web site, www.suncrumbs.org.

The new site was created, designed, and produced by Pittsburgh's Ripple Effects Interactive. Ripple Effects developed the site completely free of charge for the non-profit Sun Crumbs organization.

"We're very proud to be involved with an organization such as Sun Crumbs," said Ripple Effects CEO Louis Malafarina. "They are committed to bringing diverse and important cultural events to the city, and the Ripple Effects team is pleased to have had the opportunity to work with them and contribute to Pittsburgh's vibrant cultural community."

Sun Crumbs sponsors a multitude of events - with a particular focus on spoken word performances. The group is the sole sponsor of local Poetry Slams, and has also brought a number of internationally-known poets and lecturers to Pittsburgh.

Sun Crumbs Administrative Director Christina Springer is thrilled with the new Ripple Effects-created Web site.

"We desperately needed a Web site that reflected the forward-thinking, diverse nature of our organization, and Ripple Effects delivered," said Springer. "They organized our information into a clear, easy-to-use format, and wrapped it in a spectacular-looking design."
